Thanks to our 2022 Golf Classic participants and sponsors, the Burn Aid Foundation donated $50,000 to the Regions Hospital Burn Center. These funds supported summer and winter camps for survivors and funded a critical school re-entry support representative.
2022 RECAP — Once again, the participants and sponsors of the annual Burn Aid Golf Classic came through in a big way. Their generosity in 2022 made it possible for the Burn Aid Foundation to present a significant $50,000 donation to the Regions Hospital Burn Center.
This donation goes directly to supporting vital programs that ensure survivors receive holistic care beyond their initial hospitalization.
Among other initiatives, these funds helped support:
Summer Programs: Helping survivors and their family members experience transformative summer burn camps.
Winter Rehabilitation: Sending survivors to an empowering winter camp in Steamboat Springs, CO.
School Re-entry: Funding a dedicated burn survivor support representative who assists young survivors as they navigate the challenging transition back to the classroom.
